By accessing or using Coachfinder, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with
any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Coachfinder is a South African platform connecting independent, verified sports coaches and coaching institutions
with athletes, parents, schools, clubs, and academies. Coachfinder is currently available to users in South Africa
only. We plan to expand to other countries in future, at which point these Terms will be updated and users notified
of any material changes.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to register an account on
Coachfinder. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal
capacity to enter into these Terms.

You may use our services for personal or business purposes, as intended by Coachfinder. You agree not to engage in
any activity that interferes with or disrupts the functionality of our platform, provide false or misleading information
(including during coach verification), or attempt to circumvent the platform to avoid fees.

contacts the issuing institution directly to confirm their legitimacy. This applies to all Coaches, including those in
countries the Platform expands to in future, until an automated verification process is introduced. Coachfinder
reserves the right to decline, suspend, or revoke verification at its discretion, including where information provided
is found to be false, incomplete, or no longer accurate.

The content, features, and functionality of Coachfinder are the property of Coachfinder and are protected by
copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create
derivative works without our express consent.

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the
confidentiality of your account information and agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Your use of Coachfinder is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the terms
outlined in the Privacy Policy.

Bookings, plans, and fees are governed by our Plan & Pricing Schedule. Cancellations and refunds are governed by
our Refund Policy and, for clients, our Client Terms Summary. Please review these documents for full details.

Coachfinder facilitates connections between coaches and clients but is not responsible for the quality, safety, or
outcome of coaching services provided by independent coaches. To the fullest extent permitted by law,
Coachfinder's liability for any claim arising from use of the Platform is limited to the fees paid to Coachfinder in
connection with the relevant booking.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The date of the latest update will
be displayed at the beginning of this document. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Material
changes will be communicated in accordance with the notice provisions set out in the relevant governing document
(e.g. the 30-day notice period that applies to platform fee changes).

We may suspend or freeze your access to Coachfinder in accordance with the terms of the Coach Agreement and
Plan & Pricing Schedule, or where you breach these Terms. Where your account is frozen under the terms of the
Plan & Pricing Schedule, this is not a termination — your profile information and history are retained, and you may
reactivate at any time by purchasing a new plan. Coachfinder reserves the right to terminate your account outright,
with notice where reasonably practicable, for serious or repeated violations of these Terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. As the
Platform expands to other countries, additional local terms may apply and will be communicated at that time.

You may use Coachfinder for personal or business purposes, as intended by Coachfinder, including as an individual Coach, a Client, or an Institution (a school, university, club, academy, or brand partner) registering and operating a business account under these Terms.
