Platform Role

Coachfinder connects clients with independent verified coaches.

Payments

Payments can be made via American Express, card payment, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Scan to Pay, 1Voucher, or Pay by Bank. Capitec Pay is coming soon.

Cancellations

Cancel 48 hours or more before your session and you'll get a full refund. Cancel within 48 hours and the fee isn't refunded — your coach has reserved that time for you and doesn't have enough notice to rebook it. This applies the same way for every coach on Coachfinder. Refunds are paid out on the next scheduled payout day — Coachfinder processes refunds every Tuesday and Friday

Liability

Coachfinder is not responsible for the quality or outcome of coaching services.

Multi-Athlete Standard Bookings

When you add more than one athlete to a single booking, each additional athlete is billed and treated as its own session — the total cost reflects the number of athletes booked, not the number of time slots.

Group Training Events

Group Training Events are invitation-based. Invited athletes (or their parent/guardian, if the athlete is under 18) must accept or decline before the deadline set by the Coach. Payment is collected upfront at the point of acceptance. The standard 48-hour cancellation rule applies to an individual athlete's withdrawal from a Group Training Event in the same way it applies to any other booking.
